EMS-ELECTRA SRL intends to procure, within the project “Digitization of EMS-Electra SRL for increasing the efficiency of business processes”, no. 4571.1/i3/c9, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Call “SME Digitization – Grant of up to EUR 100,000 per enterprise to support SMEs in adopting digital technologies”,

IT audit services and preparation of an IT technical report, with the following requirements:

1. The IT auditor (bidder) must be registered in the List of IT Auditors published on the website of the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania and must comply with the procedure stipulated in OMCSI 553/2019.

2. The IT technical report must detail the hardware, software and services purchased through the project, as well as their contribution to achieving/meeting at least 6 DESI criteria (as specified in the specific Guide for this funding) and confirm that the investment contributes 100% to the digital transition, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility.

3. The report must be prepared between 25.11.2025 and 05.12.2025.

The estimated value of the procurement is RON 9,800.00 excluding VAT.
